As a devoted mother and spouse, I'm warm, patient, reliable, and attentive. I can provide companionship and support with daily routines, healthy meal preparation, errands, transportation, and light household tasks. I have a degree in Nutrition from abroad and Massachusetts ServSafe certifications in Food Handling and Allergens. I have personal experience caring for my mother, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in 2020. This taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and safety, including helping reduce the risk of falls and gently reminding her about personal hygiene, such as brushing her teeth and washing her hands, while respecting her dignity and independence. I enjoy spending meaningful time with seniors through reading, dominoes, painting, conversation, and other activities. I'm also a confident driver and take pride in creating a comfortable, organized, and welcoming home.
