Hello! My name is Renae and I am 24 years old. I have 8 years of paid experience as a Teachers Assistant/Para-professional. At the forefront of my childcare philosophy, I believe that integrating creativity, hands-on activities, and time outside is all part of uplifting energetic, sensible children that move through the world with self-confidence and security. My priority for a child under my care is to inspire them to feel known, heard, and loved. I believe attention to detail, and presence is essential for their comfort and well-being around a new nanny. Additionally, I am more than happy to help with light housekeeping among any other family needs upon request. I also do pet sitting as well!
