For 20 years I've been a teacher, and the part I love hasn't changed: that moment when a kid stops dreading a problem and starts getting curious about it. I have a graduate degree, a current teaching certification, and CPR and First Aid training, so the safety basics are covered. But what I really offer is patience and a calm, attentive presence. When a hard moment hits, I don't get rattled. I get curious about what's underneath, and we work through it together. I love following a child's curiosity wherever it leads: messy art, cooking something real, big questions with no clean answers. I'm great with kids four through 12, and I fold into your family's rhythm rather than bringing my own rulebook. Your household, your rules, your way.
