About Reighley

Reliable and patient childcare worker with experience supporting young children in a structured setting. I like helping create a safe and positive space where kids feel comfortable and engaged. I work well with others, follow routines, help guide behavior in a positive way, and have great communication skills. I have 4 years of experience with all ages of children and 2 years of experience in working at daycares where I managed care for classrooms of 7-10 children and handled feeding, diaper changes, nap, and led fun, age appropriate activities to support their development as well as keeping the space clean, organized and safe.
