For the past five years, I have been dedicated to helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. I am a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) and Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with current CPR certification. I provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized care tailored to each individual's unique needs. I assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, feeding, Bathing. I also have experience supporting seniors with memory care needs and understand the importance of patience, empathy, and a calm, reassuring approach. I value open communication with families and am happy to provide updates through daily notes or regular phone calls, depending on your preference.
