Hello families! I am certified birth doula and a postpartum doula. I am mother of two children(6) and (8) and I am former preschool/infant toddler teacher. As well as a artist and herbalist. Motherhood has been my joy(stressful too)! But if I can make it easier for anybody on the path of parenthood I feel I have made a difference. I love to support mothers and families with birth and post partum recovery. My birth work has been defined by helping women find their own power in labor and delivery. And as postpartum doula I want to support families in feeling healthy, rested, peaceful and organized. I generally hope to do my postpartum work nights. I do cook, and can prepare nourishing postpartum meals. During postpartum shifts I light clean; Bathroom and diaper station, tidy up( put toys away, fold laundry ect) and clean kitchen( wash dishes, clean and sanitize bottles, empty or run dishwasher, sweep, swifer, clean dinning room table, pack away leftovers)Infant permitting of course!
