About Regina

I first started my senior care work by caring for my Dad after he suffered from 2 strokes and diabetic amputation of his toe. I then cared for a close friends grandmother. Most recently I worked for 1 year at a senior care facility doing lifestyle activities where I obtained several certifications. Seniors sometimes get depressed over losing loved ones and their health ailments. I love so much to simply cheer them up and improve their enjoyment in life. I do so much more than just sit! I will read, play cards, play bingo, cook healthy meals, help manage medical appointments, help with home and garden, gentle stretching and most of all make laugh.
