About Regina

Growing up, my mom, a K-12 teacher, instilled in me a love of kids of all ages. I was a sitter for 4 years between high school and college. As a sitter I'm a clear, direct, and empathetic communicator, a fun and active playmate, and nerdy thought partner! Outside of work you'll find me in beginner swing and ballet classes, on a rainy run, at yoga class, playing chess, or reading a mystery book. My current salaried job is in nonpartisan civic engagement. Previously and since graduating college, I worked in the U. S. Senate. If your kiddo is a history or civic education nerd like I was, I'm happy to tutor from experience! Though my dog Nicholas will sniff at me about it (the two cats don't pay me enough mind), I love your pets! I have my own transportation and am comfortable transporting kids.
