About Regan

We are grateful for the time Regan spent with our family caring for our daughter. She joined us when our daughter was 11 months old and quickly became a beloved part of her daily life. From the very beginning, Regan formed a special bond with her, and before long our daughter was affectionately calling her "Ray Ray." Regan has a natural ability to connect with young children. She is incredibly patient, caring, and understanding, especially during the toddler years when big emotions and tantrums are part of everyday life. She has a calm and nurturing presence that helped our daughter feel safe, supported, and loved. One of our favorite things was hearing the laughter coming from the playroom throughout the day. Whether they were having dance parties, playing imaginative games, reading books, or running around together, Regan brought a fun and energetic spirit that our daughter absolutely adored. She had a wonderful way of turning difficult moments into opportunities for connection and could often redirect our daughter through challenging toddler phases with patience and ease. Regan was also excellent at maintaining routines and structure throughout the day. She understood the importance of consistency for young children and helped keep our daughter on a schedule while still ensuring her days were filled with fun, engagement, and plenty of affection. During her time with us, we welcomed our second child. While her primary focus remained our older daughter, Regan was always willing to jump in and help with the baby when needed. Her warmth, flexibility, and caring nature were appreciated during this transition and helped support our growing family. Most importantly, we always felt confident in the care and attention she gave our daughter. It was clear how much she genuinely cared about her happiness and well-being, and our daughter looked forward to spending time with her every day. We believe Regan has a special gift for working with young children. Any family looking for a patient, engaging, nurturing, and energetic nanny would be fortunate to have her.
