We started the process to hire Regan as our full time nanny. We talked on the phone, facetimed and set up a time to meet. She seems very sweet and bubby on the phone and I felt like she would be a great fit for our family. She then stopped responding to her texts out of the blue and ghosted me in regards to communication. I am bummed as I thought she would be a great fit for my family but good communication is KEY for any partnership.
