About Rebekah

Hello! :) I spend my time creating art, writing poetry and creative writing, meditating, practicing yoga, learning the art of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist philosophy, and I often volunteer at a vipassana meditation retreat centers. I've worked with kids for the past 6 years. Over the past 4 years, I've been a live in nanny (Au Pair) in Australia for 3 different families. I've created life-long relationships with those children, who I now consider my brothers and sisters. The reason I choose to work with children is because I see the necessity in teaching the younger generations lovingkindness, compassion and mindfulness. My aspiration in life is to embody these attributes in every thought, word and action I take. I also love to work with kids because they help me remember why I'm here; to enjoy life with childlike awe and curiosity!
