About Rebekah

I home-schooled my children leading to their acceptance into Rhode Island School of Design (full scholarship,) Columbia University and Princeton University. Subsequently, I obtained my bachelor's, master's and PhD degrees in political science, the latter degree at the age of 55. Starting in 2017, I made 17 trips around the country to serve as a sitter educator for my granddaughter. After that I was a nanny educator in Austin, Texas, for her brother. Occasionally I managed care and education for both brother and sister, together. We moved to Bellevue Washington in June of 2023 to continue part-time care for the two grandchildren. Since then, I am working also for other families as a nanny educator and enjoy all age groups. My work includes educating children of all abilities as well as taking care of basics, such as hygiene, meal preparation and story-telling. Through all of my childcare services, I encourage children to develop self-motivation. Please contact me for my availability.
