Rebecca quit without notice. Communication about my child’s day was great, but giving the no notice is never ok in any industry. Routinely on her phone while watching my infant. There was a huge glass ball that nearly fell on her head and shattered on the ground. Didn’t really do light cleaning, maybe cleaned a dish but am used to doing more.
