I started babysitting when I was 13 years old when a new family moved in next door with their 2 young daughters (9mo and 1yr). I babysat them until the family moved away four years later. After that, I was a full time nanny for a family with 3 amazing children (4, 8 & 12) for about a year where I was able to get some experience with special needs children. Since then I have been focusing on raising my daughter (now 7) as well as working full time in EMS (2 years as an EMT and the last 3 as a paramedic).
