Becca has the gift of knowing what specific children need and providing that accordingly. Becca knew when a child needed one on one attention or when they needed to be given a group activity. She helped nurture a love of reading from an older child who often felt overlooked. She also taught the older children a sense of responsibility for their classroom. She always had fun activities planned around the children's interests and needs, such as making brooms after reading Harry Potter or creating a Yahtzee tournament to help children struggling with math. One of her biggest strengths is her desire to improve, even if improvement is unnecessary. If she felt she did not know an answer or how to deal with a situation, she would request training or advice from the management. Any workplace would benefit from Becca's unique personality and her extensive expertise.
