About Rebecca

Hey there! My name is Becca and I'm a full time Body Awareness Health and Life Coach looking to make some extra money on the side and help out people in my community with their odd jobs, child care and pet care. My personal passions include outdoor sports (whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and climbing), exploring my personal growth (taking classes and learning more about myself emotionally), and researching psychology (that's what I studied in college). I'd describe myself as outgoing, courageous, strong (emotionally and physically), active, and kind. I've worked with kids (late elementary school and middle school) in a therapeutic boarding school setting and leading trips with Outward Bound (15-20 day rafting expeditions).
