Have worked in nursing homes, home health care and take care of family members since I was 15. My Father was blinded after a surgery so I have experience with how to help someone that is visually impaired. Worked in an Alzheimers and dementia ward. I have experience with autism, ADHD, and other conditions like them. I always try my best and listen carefully to complaints to improve the care, food, safety or anything else. When caring for clients I treat them how I would want my family to be treated. I have very limited experience with sign language or ASL. Also I have some back issues so unable to do heavy lifting. I am uncomfortable with some big dogs and I can't take care of snake or rodents pets. I was a CNA years ago but am not certified in Wisconsin.
