In addition to having many nephews/nieces and having majored in education, I nannied for two different families- one with two kids, the other with four. This was over a period of four years. Also, I worked with an early childhood Americorps program, which focuses on childhood literacy, for two years. I've babysat for many other families- some with more than 5 children and at times over long weekends.
