About Rebecca

My top priority is the safety and well-being of the children in my care! I strive to entertain as well as educate children! My career in childcare started in an after-school program where the focus of my teaching was activities in STEM, Art, Dance, Physical Edu, and SEL. I then moved on to a science based program. In my time there, I progressed from Assistant, to Teacher, and eventually, Site Manager. After this, I moved on to working in Early Childhood as an Assist. Director and Science Teacher of a daycare. I was in this position Aug 2022 - Sept 2023. With this, I also have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Letters, and Society w/ Childhood Edu. I have completed training in challenging behaviors, positive discipline, and more! My time in these positions has allowed me to acquire skills in multi-tasking, activity supervision, mediation and most importantly, fun! I am currently taking a break from full-time employment to take professional development courses at CCM.
