About Rebecca

I have 8 years of experience taking care of a sweet elderly lady (still taking care of her) and one year of experience taking care of a 66-year-old man with Parkinson's disease. Both experiences were/are very fulfilling and rewarding. I enjoy working with seniors because, apart from my calm and patient nature, which is necessary when caring for the elderly, I find them inspiring especially because little things bring a smile to their faces and make a big difference in their lives, like polishing their nails, reading the newspaper to them and even reassuring them that they are not alone. It brings me so much joy and comfort to know that I can provide companionship to them as they transition and progress in age.
