I interviewed Becca for a part-time nanny position. She was amazing with the kids - one of the FEW I interviewed who gave the kids a lot of attention and bonded with them right away. She is truly a Mary Poppins! She talked to them like a pre-school teacher (using colors, numbers, asking them questions); she could carry on a conversation with me, them, and draw a picture at the same time; and she even brought a big bag of toys with her. She was willing to care for sick children and do light housework as well. Ultimately, we chose another candidate, but it was an excruciating decision for me. I'm sure Becca will make another family extremely happy!
