I have been an early childhood educator for more than 35 years. I always tell people, "I did not choose this career, it chose me." I have been so blessed to work with little ones as long as I have. They have taught me so much more than I could've ever taught them! I really enjoy working with people in general! However, one of my favorite things about my job is working with new parents, epecially those who have newborns. It is a very scary thing being a first time parent, and getting to help them walk through that journey is a huge blessing for me! I love babies and always have. However, over the years, I have also developed a love for partnering with new parents, and assisting them as they learn how to care for their new little one. It really does take a village! I am more than happy to mentor, work along side, and help get new parents off to a great start!
