We had twin girls in March. Beca took over care of them when I went back to work in August. She came faithfully each day and helped with napping schedules and as they got older took them for walks and provided extra play for them beyond what we provided. She was thoughtful in their development and always mentioned any adjustments like naps and food times/amounts she noticed while with the girls. She followed our wishes for how to handle situations and loved our girls deeply. She took lots of pictures and sent them to us throughout the day so we could see our happy girls. She took them outside to play and we are so happy with the way she loved our family. She helped wash bottles and did small tasks around the house as well as clean up at the end of the day. I was never worried to come home to a mess. She did well with our dog who can be little puppish at times. She brought her son who is 9 months older than our girls. He did so well talking to them and playing with them and entertaining them with his sounds and movements. It was a wonderful experience!! We are sad to be moving otherwise Beca would be our nanny forever!! She is also very flexible with times and kind enough to think of us parents to ask how we are doing and make sure things are still running smoothing.
