About Raysa Ymilsi

My duties were to provide direct care to my patient and assist with self- hygiene such as bathing, dressing and toileting to fulfill the quality-of-life needs such as activities of daily living. I helped client move around and assist them to be as physically active as possible, checked pulse and breathing rates constantly. Helped client stay mentally healthy and alert by having meaningful conversations with them. Add to their well-being and give emotional support such as positive and negative reinforcement.
