About Rayne

Hi, I'm Rayne! I've been working with little ones for the past 5 years, primarily caring for newborns and toddlers in group care settings. Working with young children has given me a genuine love for watching them learn, grow, and discover their little personalities. I'm CPR & First Aid Certified and have also taken courses in child growth and development. I'm a very patient, compassionate, and creative caregiver, and I love coming up with fun, age-appropriate ways to keep little ones engaged while also supporting their development. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and understood. I'm big on creating a warm and nurturing environment where children can be themselves, explore, and feel comfortable. I also value building a strong relationship with parents because I believe communication and trust are a huge part of providing great care.
