About Raymond

I am a recent graduate from Pepperdine University with degrees in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Social Work. During college I had the privilege to tutor kids from Malibu High School in all subjects. These were kids that were the lowest performing in their class. I would sit with them twice a week, set out goals, and ultimately work towards them. Their grades drastically improved as the school year went on. We also got to play sports once they finished their homework. We played basketball and football once we had free time. I also got to work in low-income communities to work with pre-k kids to try to close the reading gap and would implement lessons to ensure they learned how to read and write.
