About Raylene

Hi! My name is Raylene. I am currently a student teacher at North Gwinnett Middle School (where I also went to school). I will graduate from Georgia Southern University this December and will begin my Master's degree online at Georgia State while being a first-year teacher (6th-7th grade science). Growing up in a family of teachers is definitely where I got the passion for working with kids. I've worked with general education students, ESOL students, and students with disabilities. I love seeing them grow, expanding their curiosity/imagination, and becoming the best individuals they can be. I have babysat for teachers, people at church, friends, family, coworkers, and new faces that I meet every day. I have 6 years of experience. I can help with swimming supervision, crafts, and cooking. Regarding pets, I am ok with dogs but not cats. A few hobbies I love to do usually revolve around being outdoors, cooking, watching football, and hanging out with friends and family!
