Making a difference in someone's life is my calling. For the past 19 years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their well-being and independence. I've held positions as Certified nursing Assistant, Activity Director, worked with seniors in the community by helping maintain safe housing and most recently I worked in corporate Healthcare managing insurance authorizations. I can provide transportation, run errands etcI adapt to changing routines and manage challenging behaviors with patience and a calm demeanor. Compassion and empathy guide my approach, and I prioritize respecting each person's independence. I keep families informed through verbal updates, always adhering to their preferred communication style. I'm detail-oriented and professional.
