About Raven

I like working with kids because I find it rewarding to be able to help out parents & be a safe space for kids while setting examples of healthy routines, boundaries, & outlooks on life. While following parents' guidance, routines, and lifestyles - I enjoy helping kids further their development, personality, & creativity. Overall, I enjoy helping families find their balance to keep the flow of the home steady. I started working with kids when I was 17 at a local gymnasium/childcare facility with ages 4-13 for 3 summers. I grew up helping take care of my baby brother, had a nanny position with a family's 4-year-old, a date night babysitting position for a 1-2-year-old, and in high school I babysat for a mother with children aged 4-7. In my spare time, I enjoy arts & crafts, tidying & decorating my space while listening to music, spending time with family, or collecting/tending to my many plants. I also love going on walks/hikes & attending the farmer's market and nature center.
