My primary goal is to deliver exceptional care while maintaining dignity, comfort, and well being. This involves assistance across the many areas of activities of daily living, while supporting an environment to promote independence at varying levels. While assisting an individual with more basic activities is important, I believe it is also my utmost responsibility to foster social and emotional care through connection and by creating safe, open, and nurturing environment for individuals to express themselves.
