About Rashel

Hi! My name is Rashel, and I'm a 22-year-old caregiver with several years of experience working with children of all ages. I'm CPR certified, fluent in Spanish, and hoping to become a pediatric nurse in the future. I'm very family-oriented, and growing up helping care for my younger siblings and cousins taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a calm and supportive environment. I started working with children at 19 while helping run a daycare every summer. I assisted with routines, homework, creative play, and group activities. In college, I tutored children of all ages and also babysat for neighbors and families in my community, giving me experience with both learning support and day-to-day care. Families describe me as kind-hearted, reliable, and easy to talk to. I enjoy workout classes, spending time with family, and working on a cookbook with Dominican recipes I grew up with.
