About Raquel

My name is Raquel, and I am a certified/licensed home health aide (HHA). I am eager to work with a respectful and thoughtful family. While I am new to this occupation, I have 15 months experience from my last client . I have extensive experience providing care for elderly people in my life, including my father who battled several illnesses in his old age. I recognize from that experience that, at some point, we all need help caring for the people we love. , In my last position, I worked overnight shifts where I monitored clients, did safety checks, and helped with needs during the night. I'm also experienced with daytime ADLs like bathing, grooming, meal prep, feeding, mobility, and transfers. I'm reliable, patient, and very compassionate. I speak English and Tagalog. I'm flexible with both overnight and daytime schedules. I'm a quick learner and I'm great at building trust with clients through care and respect.
