About Raquel

Hi all, I'm Raquel! I am a 2nd year law student at Pace University, and I love education, and I believe it is such a gift to be able to help shape the minds of and care for the next generation! For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to help others. Beginning in elementary school, where I always wanted to be class helper, spanning all throughout college where I was a Peer Mentor for first year writing students and Resident Austin's on campus. Finally, in law school, I lead my study groups and finished my first year in the top 3rd of the class. I love children and I completely admire working families! As someone who is planning to be a working mother in the future, I would love to do what I can to support working families. In addition to law school, love to cook, play guitar, sing (musical theatre especially), do yoga, go on nature walks, and read! Thank you for considering me to be trusted with children!
