About Raquel

I'd describe my personality as calm, fun, creative, organized, funny and proactive! I like working with kids because they bring me happiness. I love watching them grow and achieve their milestones. I am a mom of a smart 5 years old girl and an energetic 7 yo boy. We love all animals. I started working with kids when I was in college, I worked as an Au pair when I first came to the US for 2 years. After that, I have worked as a toddlers teacher for 5 years, 4 of them in a Montessori school. In my spare time, I like to stay with my family, go hiking with them and practice the martial art I started 20 years ago. One thing you should know about me is I am also a children's yoga teacher. I love yoga and sharing the great teachings of this art with children My skills include lots of art and craft experience, super patient, calm and present.
