Hello. Ran was part of an in-home care giving team for my father for 2+ years. Other team members had been with us longer, but Ran quickly became Team Lead. Beyond his daily(and often nightly) duties of caring for my father, Ran willingly took on the additional responsibilities of ensuring all care givers were aware of any changes in my father's routine, including medications, diet, exercise, and techniques for managing his dementia. When Ran was in the home, I knew my father was getting his full attention and that my father was both safe and lovingly cared for. In the last days of my father's life, Ran became the sole care giver (supported by his wife). They helped my father die peacefully and comfortably in his home. Ran never let me or my father down. His affection extended beyond my father to my entire family. And we return those feelings. Ran has become one of our family. I most highly recommend both his professional capabilities and his personal dedication and commitment to care giving. I would be most happy to talk to any prospective employer on Ran's behalf.
