About Rania

Hi! I'm Rania, a caring, responsible, and dependable childcare professional with 10+ years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-age children. I've worked at many schools and childcare facilities, as well as the Muslim Family Center. I have completed Maryland's 90-hour childcare training, including child development, infant and toddler care, preschool methods, and school-age care. I'm also CPR/AED and First Aid certified. I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I'm patient, organized, attentive, and dependable, and I understand that every child has different needs. I'm also happy to provide compassionate care and companionship for seniors. My background in education and as an IT Helpdesk Supervisor has strengthened my communication, patience, problem-solving, and ability to stay calm and supportive. I treat every person with kindness, dignity, and respect. I'm fluent in English and Arabic.
