To say parting ways with Randi has been a tough decision is an understatement. Our son was accepted into an education program and we couldn’t pass up the spot. If I could rate her beyond 5 stars I would. She is reliable, thoughtful, patient and kind. She started working with our son as a 3 month old infant and he took to her immediately. 1.5 years later and she remains one of his absolute favorite people. She handled everything from diapers, feedings, sick care, nap time, play time, walks and tidying up the house. She would help out any way she could, working before or after her normal hours if needed. She always had creative ideas and consulted with us on any care decisions. She has become an integral part of our family, a true partner, and will be very missed in our day to day lives. To anyone seeking to work with her, myself and my husband would be more than happy to speak to you directly if you wish. She’s a true gem so swoop her up while you can!
