When we met Randi, she had a welcoming smile, and my kids instantly warmed up to her as though she had been in our lives all along. While working for me, I came home, she opened the door knowing my hands were full. She had dinner ready for us! My laundry was done, dishes, toys, picked up. She fed the kids, allowing me a few minutes to myself!!
