About Randi Leigh

My name is Randi, a graduate of Cabrini College (Class of 2007) with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education. I entered the nanny profession intending to pursue a master's in education, but quickly discovered that in-home childcare is my most fulfilling career path. I was raised by a single mother in South New Jersey and am the youngest of three. Family has always been central to my life, and I truly value being involved in a family's day-to-day rhythm. With many years of experience, I find great joy in helping families thrive and supporting both children and parents. I bring strong communication, creativity, organization, and multitasking skills. I focus on learning through play, keeping children active, engaged, and supported in their development.
