About Randi

I have been given the opportunity to work with many children and families through the past decade of my life. My passion began in high school, I would babysit for families in my neighborhood. I fell in love with it. In junior college, I was a soccer player and nanny for a family in the summer. When I transferred to the University, I was employed through a college nanny referral service. I also worked as a Kids For All Seasons Attendant at Four Seasons in Carlsbad. After I graduated with my BA, I began working part-time as well as full time with many different families as a child care provider and behavioral therapist. I have been a committed nanny for the past five years. I have a huge passion for working with children.
