About Randee

I've always believed that kids do best when they feel genuinely seen. Not managed or entertained, seen. That's the kind of care I bring to every child I work with, whether that's sitting on the floor building something ridiculous out of blocks, helping a nervous toddler feel okay about a new room full of people, or helping a teenager with homework. In fact, I'm pursuing teaching after leaving the corporate world. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, and work with plants/my garden. My skills include being able to teach in a way that is catered to the child, being patient with their emotions/needs, and being able to communicate with them effectively. I have experience with newborns, sleep training, potty training, Montessori approaches, regulating toddler's big emotions, and caring for multiple children. I am willing to take on a part time or intermittent role, but am looking for a full time nanny position.
