With three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' independence and well-being, inspired by positive experiences in previous care roles. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections by creating a comfortable environment for care recipients. I provide respite care, live-in home care, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, dementia, medical management, and mobility. I'm also experienced in adapting to changing routines, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I keep families informed with regular updates via text or phone call and written daily reports. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
