She's incredibly reliable and flexible, and she adapts to our changing schedule with a great attitude. She's also wonderful with our son. Ramona uses a gentle parenting approach, and when discipline is needed, she handles it calmly, kindly, and consistently. She's patient and helpful with homework, and she keeps him on track without making it a battle. She's also energetic and playful, so he always has fun with her.
