Hired her for a deep clean on a house she knew we weren't living in. She claimed to have cleaned for 10hrs and I paid her remotely. The realtor and stager showed up after she left to find half eaten waffle and crumbs around the kitchen, a dirty child's sippy cup, and a house that wasn't at all cleaned. I came and saw myself because I couldn't believe that would happen. We were very shocked. Especially when we reached out to Ramona about it and she completely ignored us. I would not leave this review if she had responded and made up for this. Today we have cleaners at the house doing the clean she was supposed to do and they have confirmed that the house was not cleaned. Now 6 people have confirmed that Ramona did not clean my house but took my payment.
