Hi everybody! I'm a mother of 3 wonderful grown children, ages 28 to 37. I am also an experienced teacher with current certification to teach early childhood through 4th grade in Texas and Louisiana. I have worked a number of different kinds of jobs over the last 35 years in addition to teaching, and most of those involved working with children and families. I have tutored children to help them catch up and/or pass state exams. I once worked as a respite care provider for a family with two children who had special needs. I also enjoyed working overseas teaching English as a second language to foreign students. Being new to New Orleans I am seeking fulfilling opportunities to work with children and/or families.
