I have recently graduated from Governor State University with a 3. 9+ GPA and an honors scholarship. I took the path less traveled to find myself wanting to help others find their passions in life. After deep soul-searching, I realized I could help make a difference in the world through teaching and my love of life. My instruction uses empathy and compassion at the forefront. I deeply value the socially emotional aspects of learning along with the nurturing of the multiple intelligences. I believe in finding immediate connections with the lessons in real life scenarios to help the students find relevant. I believe I am the best suited candidate to connect with accelerated students as well as troubled students. I am currently working as a substitute teacher and would like to start working with students as soon as possible.
