Rainelly was our au pair for nearly two years, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. She is one of the most reliable and patient caregivers I have ever met. Rainelly was always punctual and dependable, handling everything from sick days to toddler tantrums with remarkable calm and confidence. In the middle of the daily chaos that comes with young children, she was always a voice of calm and patience.

She arrived when my oldest was 2.5 and I was nine months pregnant with my second child. As a single mother preparing for a new baby, I especially appreciated how empathetic and considerate Rainelly was during that time. She quickly built a strong bond with my toddler and helped guide her through a challenging age and the transition to becoming a big sister. When my baby arrived, Rainelly immediately began doing developmental exercises and tummy time, showing both experience and genuine attentiveness. It was clear that she truly loves caring for children, especially babies.

Rainelly also prepared excellent, healthy meals for our family and consistently encouraged good eating habits with the girls. She is a safe and responsible driver, which gave us great peace of mind when she was transporting the children.

Even after moving nearly two hours away, Rainelly generously returned to help train my daughters’ next caregiver. Her thoughtfulness made the transition incredibly smooth for our family. The only “problem” we’ve had is that my daughters still miss her very much.

Rainelly became a wonderful part of our family, and any household would be lucky to have her. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, capable, and deeply caring caregiver.
