About Rain

Hi! My name is Rain, I'm a senior at WWU, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Human Services. My years at Western have taught me that it is possible to pursue my passion for working with kids, my interest in social work, and my love for the outdoors all at once. I started babysitting when I was in middle school and have always deeply enjoyed it. I've worked with kids ages 4-13 but I'm open to working with all ages under 13. Studying social work has taught me a lot about what it means to care for others, not just because it's my job, but because I want to provide support where I can and see kids as their happiest and healthiest selves. I love engaging kids through outdoors activities, crafts, and games. I am also available for meal preparation/cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I will follow your preferred method to discuss your child's day. I would love the opportunity to become a trusted support for your little one(s).
