Hi I'm Raina! My dream has always been to be a mom and I can't wait for that time to come. In the meantime, I'd love to be the one you call for a date night, weekend trip or weekly help because you know that your precious little humans will be in safe, reliable and fun hands. I received a bachelor's in education and Spanish as I wanted to teach English language learners. Being with children is my passion and has been for 12 years now in a daycare, classroom and home setting. I believe that children are more capable than we give them credit for and parallel play is grossly underutilized. This hands on approach allows the child to model behavior, practice sharing, learn to communicate while having fun. When the weather permits, and as the parents are comfortable, I love to take the child outside, on a walk or to a local playground. This is another great opportunity to learn appropriate behavior, self control and safety, work on gross motor skills and of course, have lots of fun.
