About Rafaela

Hello! My name is Rafaela (Rafa), and I'm a Newborn Care Specialist based in Boston with over 8 years of childcare experience, including 2+ years of overnight newborn care. I came to the U. S. as an au pair and have continued working with families ever since, supporting babies from birth through toddlerhood. I specialize in newborn sleep conditioning, creating gentle routines, and helping parents feel confident during those early weeks. I'm CPR/First Aid/AED certified and currently completing my postpartum doula certification with New Humanity Traditions Network. I'm also part of Lullaby Dreams, where my team and I support families with overnight care, newborn routines, and sleep guidance.
